Ingredients of fish soup with thermomix

1/2 Kg of well cleaned mussels
4 fish fillets (can be frozen)
200 g of prawns
1 bay leaf
100 g (1 tumbler) of white wine
2 tablets of fish broth
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup of parsley leaves
pepper (optional)

For the sauce:

100 g (1 cup) of oil
2 cloves of garlic
3 ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper for frying
1/2 red bell pepper

Preparation of fish soup with thermomix

Put 1/2 liter of water and the mussels in a saucepan and let them boil until they open. Remove from heat, discard shells and reserve cooking liquid and mussels.
