Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 minced garlic
1/2 small carrot (julienned)
1 green bell pepper (julienned)
1 red bell pepper (julienned)
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 yellow bell pepper (julienned)
50 grams of olive oil.
20 grams of white wine
1 tablespoon cornstarch
25 grams of water
1 pinch of ginger

Veal preparation with oyster sauce with thermomix

Add the meat strips and a little soy sauce to a bowl to macerate for no more than 5 minutes so that the meat is not too salty.
Place the butterfly on the blades in the Thermomix bowl and add the garlic, the peppers, the carrot, the onion, the oil and a little water, program.
