- 1 kilo of chicken wings cut in two, without the tip
- 150 ml of whiskey
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried chili pepper, crumbled
Preparation
- The first thing we will do for our recipe is to preheat the oven to 250ºC.
