Salmon al varoma ingredients in orange and mustard reduction with thermomix

360 grams of salmon (2 fillets)
180 grams of orange juice
30 grams of Dijon mustard
a pinch of salt
a pinch of ground black pepper
400 grams of water

Preparation of Varoma Salmon in orange and mustard reduction with thermomix

to start our recipe we will put the mustard, the pepper and the orange juice in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 minutes / 100ºC / ladle speed
put in a bowl and reserve
put the two salmon fillets with a few brushstrokes of olive oil on top in our varoma container and add salt and pepper, cover and reserve
