Ingredients for the meatballs
- 400 gr of minced meat or ground pork, beef or mixture
- 1 slice of sliced bread or 30 gr of hard bread
- 20 grams of milk
- 1 clove garlic
- Half onion in pieces

- Bread crumbs
- Flour
Ingredients for the curry sauce
- 1 onion
- 40 grams of oil
- 150 gr of cooking cream (or evaporated milk)
- 2 tablespoons of curry
- 3 quarters of a glass of white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: ground pepper
Preparation of curry meatballs with the thermomix
- Soak the bread in the milk, and add it to the onion, garlic, parsley and egg in the glass and blend for 15 seconds at speed 6.
- Mix in a bowl together with the meat. We wash the glass.
- Add a little breadcrumbs to the previous mixture so that it is not too juicy and add a pinch of salt.
