To prepare between five and six servings of meatballs, you need to have the following products:
510 grams of mince.
250 grams of meat broth.
250 grams of onion.
200 grams of cooking cream.
50 grams of breadcrumbs.
50 grams of butter.
1 small tablespoon of brown sugar.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley to taste.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of flour.

Once you have all those products, it’s time to start the preparation by following these steps:
Add the onion to the robot glass and program
speed 5 / 5 seconds.
Next, add the salt and butter. program to

Pour the brown sugar and put the Thermomix to work
