Preparation of Meatballs with beer with Thermomix

1. Prepare the meatballs:
2. Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese, the milk, the minced garlic, the minced parsley, the eggs and the salt in our thermomix.
3. Knead for 30 seconds at speed 3
4. Form some meatballs and roll them in flour. Put them aside.
5. Now prepare the rest:
6. Wash the celery, peel the carrot and onion. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
7. In a frying pan, pour a splash of olive oil and fry the mixture. Add salt.
8. Now add the floured meatballs. Gently fry on all sides.
9. If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
10. Cook meatballs in beer for about 10 minutes. The cooking base must be creamy.
11. Serve the beer balls right after, still hot, and top with some of the creamy cooking base.
