    For the meatballs:

    • 500 grams of mixed minced meat (pork and beef)
    • 1 clove garlic
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Ground black, red and white pepper
    • 5 prunes
    • 1 egg
    • 15 grams of brandy
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 30 grams of breadcrumbs

    For the Parmesan sauce:

    • 50 grams of Parmesan in pieces
    • 100 grams of liquid cream
    • A little bit of salt
    • Some ground pepper
