The first steps that we are going to take with our recipe, will be to put our Thermomix bowl, the milk and the yeast and we will temper them
4 minutes / 37°C / speed 1
Then we place the butterfly on the blades and add the orange zest, the orange juice, the orange blossom water, the eggs and the sugar and beat everything

we remove the butterfly
add the salt and flour and program
3 minutes / spike speed
Add the butter and knead again
5 minutes / spike speed
We cover our glass of Thermomix with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator until the dough doubles its volume (more or less about four hours).
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
and prepare two baking sheets with waxed paper on the bottom.
We take our dough out of the fridge, knead it a little with our hands and put it in our Thermomix bowl again
3 minutes / spike speed
take out the dough and make 5 balls with it
to each part of the 5 balls we inform the bones that we will put on top of the bread
Place the loaves on the oven trays, cover them with a damp cloth and let them ferment until they double their volume again (it will take an hour or so).
Bake for 20 minutes at 180º or until we see that the loaves are golden and holes are heard when knocking
take them out of the oven and varnish them with melted butter, put a little icing sugar on top and let them cool
