Ingredients
- 95 grams of very cold water
- 205 grams of pastry flour
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 205 grams of butter chopped and frozen
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add all the ingredients to the glass and program to
- speed 6/20 seconds.
- With the resulting dough, make a ball. Place it on a plate and wrap it in cling film. Put it in the fridge and leave it there for half an hour.
- After that time, place the ball on the counter, to which you will have added flour, and, with the help of a rolling pin, spread it out. Shape it into a rectangle, then fold it into three parts, then stretch it out.
- The folding and stretching thing does it again two more times.
- Put it in the fridge and leave it there for another half hour.
- After that time, put it on a baking tray, with greaseproof paper, and put it in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 20 minutes at 200º.
