Ingredients
- 460 grams of bread flour
- 306 grams of water
- 72 grams of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 26 grams of fresh pressed yeast
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Pour the yeast, water and oil into the robot’s glass. Program a
- speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
- Then add the salt and flour. Program a
- spike speed / 2 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for an hour. After that time, with a spatula, lower the dough to the bottom of the glass and program to
- spike speed / 1 minute.
- Take the dough out of the glass and make six balls with it. Place them on a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper, and sprinkle a little flour on top. Keep them like this for about 10 minutes.
- After that time, put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for 18 minutes at 240º.
