Ingredients

  • 200 grams of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 grams of pressed yeast
  • 325 grams of flour
  • 75 grams of strength flour

Preparation

  1. preheat the oven to 220ºC
  2. to start our recipe we put the water and yeast in the glass of our thermomix and program
  3. 30 seconds / 40ºC / speed 3
  4. add the rest of the ingredients and knead
  5. 2 minutes / spike speed
  6. We reserve the dough in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap and wait for it to double its volume
  7. We divide the dough in two and give it a round shape like a loaf, and we make some cuts with the knife on top, giving it the shape we want
  8. to finish the recipe we put it in the oven
  9. 30 minutes / 220ºC
  10. and our bread or loaf will be ready
