Ingredients
- 500 grams of flour
- 25 grams strawberry yeast
- 300 grams milk
- 50 grams butter
- 60 grams sugar
Preparation
- To start we put the milk, butter, sugar and yeast in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 4 minutes / 37ºC / speed 2
- Add the flour and a little salt and program
- 3 minutes / spike speed
- Put on a baking tray, parchment paper
- divide the dough into the rolls you want
- with a beaten egg we spread them with a brush
- cover with a cloth for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- and we put them to 15 minutes with heat up and down
