In my house we were like breadsticks until we met (and not long ago, a couple of years) you scold them, and now we all want to scold for lunch and dinner
We like them for 2 reasons, one because of the flavor and the other because you eat much less bread and that is fine to keep the line. They are also ideal for snacking on pates and hummus.

Ingredients
- 400 grams of wheat flour
- 75 grams of water

- 100 grams of olive oil

Preparation

- 2 minutes spike speed
- We take out the dough and divide it into 3 pieces and now the same with the 3 portions
- We put a little flour so that it does not stick to us, sprinkled or between 2 strips of plastic wrap and we spread the very thin dough common to the roller (so the roller does not stick)
- we remove the plastic wrap from above and cut into small squares or rectangles and prick them with the fork
- We put them on greaseproof paper and bake
- 25 minutes / 180ºC
