Ingredients

200 grams of milk
142 grams of rolled oats
52 grams of peeled walnuts
Ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
Olive oil spray
Half a teaspoon of salt
21 grams of pastry flour
A pinch of flake salt

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the flakes and walnuts to the glass. Program a
speed 10/2 seconds.
Then add the salt, flour, milk, and yeast. Mix to
speed 4/10 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass onto a silicone sheet. With the help of a spatula, spread it well. Then place another sheet of silicone on top and, using a roller, smooth it out very well.
Bake the dough in the oven at 180º for 15 minutes.
Then, cut the dough into squares or rectangles and sprinkle them with the salt flakes, pepper and oil.
Put these crackers back in the oven for another 15 minutes at 180º.
