Ham and cheese calzone with thermomix

Preparation

1. We put in our Thermomix bowl 50 grams of water, the sugar and the yeast and we program
2. 2 minutes / 37ºC / speed 2
3. then we add 170 grams of more water, the olive oil, the strength flour, the salt and knead
4. 2 minutes / spike speed
5. If the dough sticks to the glass, add a little more flour and knead for one more minute.
6. 1 minute / spike speed
7. We take the dough out of the glass and make a ball and put it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap
8. let stand for 1 hour
9. then on a floured surface we turn our dough a couple of turns and cut it into 4 parts
10. we spread each of them with a rolling pin making a circular dough as if it were a pancake
11. and we put the tomato on top first and then the mozzarella and the york ham
12. We close the pancake creating the calzone (as if it were an empanadilla)
13. with the tines of a fork we press the edges to close them better
14. We do the same with the rest of the pancakes we had (the other 3)
15. We put the 4 calzones in the oven on a tray lined with baking paper
16. 20 minutes / 200ºC
