Ingredients of Zucchini cannelloni with ham and cheese with thermomix

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 3 slices of york ham
  • 6 tablespoons of cream cheese

  • Olive oil

Bechamel sauce

Preparation of zucchini cannelloni with ham and cheese with thermomix

  1. Start by preparing the bechamel sauce, to do this place the butter together with the oil in the Thermomix bowl, program.
  2. 2 minutes / Temperature 100° C / speed 1
  3. Then add the flour, salt and pepper or nutmeg if you like, program.

  10. While the bechamel sauce rests and takes on a bit of body, wash and cut the courgette slices. For this preparation it is advisable to use only the center of the zucchini.
  11. In a hot skillet, add oil and cook the zucchini slices on each side, just until golden brown on each side.
  12. On the other hand, also cut the ham into slices the same size as the courgette slice and place one on each courgette slice.
  13. Then, spread with the cheese, roll each one and place them on a previously greased baking tray.
  14. Add the bechamel sauce, grated cheese and a few dots of butter on top to make it gratin better.
  15. Bake 2 – 5 minutesdepends on the intensity of your oven at 180°C.
  16. Remove from oven, let rest and serve.
