Ingredients of cocas de vidre with Thermomix
- 400 grams of flour
- 200 grams of water
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 20 grams of fresh yeast
- a pinch of salt
- Sugar
- Anise (optional) but they are always richer if they have them.
Preparation of glass cakes with Thermomix
- Put the water, oil and fresh yeast in the Thermomix bowl and program 1 minute / 40ºC / speed 1
- Now add the flour and a pinch of salt and program
- 6 seconds / speed 4
- When finished, we schedule
- 1 minute / spike speed
- We remove the dough from the glass and put it on a floured surface and knead it with our hands for a few minutes to remove all the air.
- We leave it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Now we can prepare the cocas: make some balls and knead them with the rolling pin so that they are as thin as possible.
- We arrange them in the tray for the oven to which we will have put parchment paper and on top of each one we throw a splash of anise and then a good splash of oil.
