Ingredients of Minicalzone of zucchini and dried tomatoes with thermomix

- 420 grams of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 400 grams of zucchini
- 10 grams of olive oil
- 80 grams dried tomatoes, in oil, drained
- 10-15 grams of fresh basil, leaves only
- 100 – 150 grams feta cheese, cut into chunks
- 250 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 beaten egg (optional)

Preparation of the dough
- To start, we will put the oil and the water in our Thermomix bowl, we will add the sugar, the flour, the yeast and the salt and we will knead

- while we will enter a bowl with olive oil where we will put the dough and cover with aluminum foil or a kitchen cloth and let it rest for an hour so that the yeast does its job
Preparation of the filling
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line two trays with baking paper and reserve.
