The texture is soft, slightly golden and with a creamy filling that makes each bite a pleasure. Forget about complicated pans and skillful movements: with a little ingenuity and silicone molds, you can achieve perfect crepes quickly and cleanly.
The charm of this recipe is in the combination of flavors. The Nutella provides sweetness and creaminess, while the banana adds freshness and softness. The result is a dessert or breakfast that is not only delicious, but also colorful: the colors of the chocolate and the yellow of the banana contrast with the golden dough of the crepes, perfect to impress on any table 🍴.
Additionally, cooking the crepes in the air fryer Allows them to be lighter, without excess butter or oil like in the pan. This makes them a healthier alternative, maintaining the juiciness and softness that characterizes a good crepe. They are ideal for quick snacks, Sunday desserts or even a special brunch.

Classic Crepes with Nutella and Banana in the Air Fryer
🌾 125 g wheat flour
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 250 ml of milk
🧂 1 pinch of salt
🧈 1 tablespoon melted butter
🍫 Nutella to taste
🍌 1-2 bananas, sliced
🍬 Powdered sugar (optional)
Prepare the dough: Mix the eggs, milk and melted butter.
Add the flour: Sift the flour with the salt and add it little by little, mixing until there are no lumps. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes if you want the crepes to be softer and more elastic.
Prepare the molds: Since the air fryer does not allow you to pour the dough like a frying pan, use small silicone or fryer-safe molds. Grease them lightly and pour enough dough to make it thin (2-3 mm).
Cook: Preheat the fryer to 180°C. Cook the crepes for 3 to 5 minutes, making sure they do not burn. Remove carefully using a silicone spatula.
Fill and fold: Spread Nutella on each crepe, place banana slices and fold or roll according to your taste.
Optional finishing touch: Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar for a sweeter finish or brush the tops with butter before putting them in the fryer for extra browning.
💡 Extra tip: For a special brunch, serve the crepes accompanied by a little whipped cream, berries or maple syrup.
