Calabacin ingredients battered with Parmesano in air frying
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 egg
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs (you can use PANKO for more texture)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, oregano or some grass that you like
PREPARATION OF CALABACÍN REBOZADO WITH Parmesano in Air Fryer
- Prepare the zucchini:
- Wash the zucchini and cut it into slices of approximately 1 cm thick.
- Prepare the batter:
- In a bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and the spices you prefer.
- Rebolar:
