This banana bread with cocoa and chocolate chips It is moist, fluffy and full of flavor. Ideal for breakfast, snacks or as a sweet treat accompanied by a coffee or a glass of milk.

Air Fryer Chocolate Banana Bread
🍌 3 ripe bananas
🥚 3 eggs
🥜 125 ml peanut butter
🍫 75 g cocoa powder
🌾 70 g flour
⚪ 2 teaspoons baking powder
🍫 75 g chocolate chips
Mash the bananas with a fork until puree.
Add the eggs and beat with a whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
Incorporates the peanut butter and mix well.
Add the cocoa powder, flour and yeast. Beat until all the ingredients are integrated.
Divide the dough into two small molds lined with greaseproof paper (air fryer suitable).
Optional: sprinkle on top chocolate chips to decorate and give it extra flavor.
Preheat the air fryer to 205°C for 5 minutes.
kitchen 165°C for 30 minutes.
Do the skewer test: if it comes out clean, it’s ready. If not, add a few extra minutes.
Place the molds on a rack for 10 minutes.
After that time, unmold, remove the paper and let it cool completely.

You can replace the peanut butter with almond or hazelnut cream.
Duck chopped walnuts or almonds to the dough for a crunchy touch.
If you prefer less intensity, use pure cocoa mixed with a little sugar.
This bread keeps well in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
