Ingredients of chocolate cake and nutella in air fryer – Airfryer
- For a round mold of about 18 cm and about 8 beautiful portions:
- 3 Eggs m
- 150 ml of whole milk
- 120 ml of sunflower oil
- 200 g of white sugar
- 50 g of cocoa powder without sugar
- 180 g of pastry flour
- 50 ml of hot water
- 1 over chemical yeast
- 3 g of sodium bicarbonate
- 1 pinch of salt
- Golose coverage:
- Nutella (without sparing, please)
- Chopped pistachos (better if they are slightly roasted)

- 1. cocoa and sugar: the principle of the feast
- In a large bowl, mix white sugar with cocoa powder. This step, although it seems less, is important: it helps to make cocoa integrated uniformly and release its aroma from minute one.
- 2. Eggs and liquids: creamy texture without complications
- Add the eggs and throw them well, without fear, until the mixture is foamy. Then incorporate whole milk and sunflower oil. Remove until everything is perfectly linked and no lumps.
- 3. Solids to attack: The mixture begins to smell like glory
- It is time to add the flour, chemical yeast, bicarbonate and, of course, salt (yes, a little salt is essential to enhance the taste of chocolate). Mix until you get a homogeneous mass without dry remains. Now comes the master touch: hot water. Add it little by little and remove gently. This trick makes cocoa dissolve and the final texture is more tender and deep.
- 4. To the mold and direct to heat
- Grows a mold that between comfortably in your airfryer (spray oil is luxurious) and pours the mixture. It is not necessary to preheat: simply put the Airfryer at 160ºC for 25-30 minutes, until when you puncture it with a stick it comes out clean.
- Extra advice: if you see that it is very above ahead of time, you can cover it with a little aluminum foil in half cooking.
- 5. Cool, unmold and decorate as if there were no morning
- When ready, let it cool inside the mold for at least 15 minutes, and then demolish it with love. If you have climbed a lot through the center (the typical mountain of the cake), you can cut it so that it is more flat and beautiful.
- The Nutella melts for a few seconds in the microwave and extend it above as if you were an Italian pastry chef. It ends with a generous rain of chopped pistachos. The contrast of hazelnut cream with nuts is simply obscene (in the best sense).
Tricks and variations to tune your cake without fear
- If you like the intense touch, add a few drops of vanilla extract or even a splash of coffee when mixing the liquids.
- Are you more from hazelnuts than pistachios? Change them without problem. Also great the pecan walnuts or even salt scales above.
- If you dare, you can add chocolate nuggets to the dough before baking. Result: Biscuit with molten heart.
