Pork tenderloin with fine herbs in air fryer
🍖 1 pork tenderloin (500–700g)
🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
⚫ ½ teaspoon black pepper
🌿 1–2 teaspoons of fine herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil…)
🧄 2 cloves of garlic chopped or powdered
🍋 Optional: splash of lemon or white wine to flavor
Clean the sirloin well, removing excess fat. In a bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, garlic and fine herbs. Smear the piece on all sides and let it rest for 10–20 minutes. With more time, even better.
Preheat the Airfryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
Place the whole sirloin in the basket, without paper or extra rack. Kitchen 12–15 minutesturning it halfway.
👉 Pro tip: if you have a thermometer, look for 63–68 °C in the center for a really juicy sirloin.
