🛒 Ingredients for about 8 donuts (or 4 if you make them larger)

For the mass:

  • 🥛 1/2 cup of whole milk

  • 🍬 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 🧫 7 g of active dry yeast (1 envelope)

  • 🌾 2 flour cups (You can use oatmeal for lighter version)

  • 🧂 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 🧈 4 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 🥚 1 big egg

  • 🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Vanilla glaze:

  • 🍬 1 cup of icing sugar

  • 🥛 55 ml of milk

  • 🍦 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate glaze:

  • 🍫 1 cup of icing sugar

  • 🍫 1/4 cup of pure cocoa without sugar

  • 🥛 3 tablespoons of milk

To cover with cinnamon sugar:

  • 🍬 1/2 cup of white sugar

  • 🍂 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon

  • 🧈 2 tablespoons of melted butter


👨‍🍳 Step by step preparation: Perfect donuts in each bite

  1. Activate yeast: Heat the milk (about 40 seconds in microwave) until it is warm, not hot. Duck 1 teaspoon of sugarmix and sprinkle the yeast. Let stand 8 minutes until you are foamy.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the rest of the sugar (1/4 cup)melted butter, egg and vanilla. Incorporates the yeast mixture.
