Ingredients
620 grams of wild boar loin in strips
55 grams of Cabrales cheese chopped
100 grams of olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
120 grams of onion
100 grams of brandy
1 tablespoon of strawberry jam
50 grams of flour
250 grams of meat broth
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Sprinkle the wild boar strips with salt and pepper, then gently roll them in the flour. Then, in a pan with hot oil, fry those and reserve these on one side and the oil on the other.
