- 3 clean turkey tenderloins
- 310 grams of carrot
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 210 grams of pepper
- Provencal herbs to taste
- 75 grams of water
- 40 grams of olive oil
- Thyme to taste
- 75 grams of white wine
Preparation
