In order to prepare this type of bread you need to have the following products:
300 grams of forcemeala.
360 grams of cold water.
300 grams of wholemeal flour.
2 small tablespoons of salt.
40 grams of compressed yeast.
1 small spoonful of sugar.
Preparation of wholemeal bread with Thermomix
When you collect all those products, follow these steps:
Pour the sugar, the yeast and the water into the robot’s glass. program to
speed 2 / 40º / 2 minutes.
Mix the two types of flour well in a bowl and then proceed to pour half of the mixture into the glass. It is programmed to
speed 6 / 8 seconds.
Then add the rest of the flour and salt. It is programmed to
