1. Gradually place the ingredients in the Thermomix bowl, starting with the water, then the milk, salt, sugar and finally 25 grams of butter, if the type of yeast you are going to use is dry, you can add it in this program step.
2. 2 minutes / Temperature 40° / Speed ​​1
3. When these ingredients are incorporated, pour the yeast (if it is dough or pressed yeast), program.
4. 1 minute / Progressive speed 3-4
5. Immediately add the flour and knead, program.
6. 3 minutes / Spike speed
7. With this mixture you will obtain a soft and wonderful dough that you must leave to rest and rise for 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes.
8. It is ideal to let it rest in the same bread mold where it is going to be baked. But before putting the dough in the oven, grease the entire mold with the rest of the butter.
9. Add the dough, and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Keep in mind that this dough will double or triple its volume when rising, so the kitchen towel can stick. To do this, you can place some containers or supports higher than the mold and place a cloth on top so that the dough, when light, does not stick to the cloth.
10. Once the resting time has passed and the dough has risen, you can paint the top with a little milk and it is time to put it in the oven.
11. The oven must be at 180° C or 200° C, it all depends on the intensity, insert the mold, cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 20 – 30 minutes, it will also depend on the intensity of the oven.
12. You must check so that the bread does not burn. With about 10 minutes remaining, remove the foil and continue baking.
13. Check that it is ready, if it is golden on top and when you tap on the surface it sounds hollow.
