Preparation

1. We begin the preparation of this delicious Onion Bread with thermomix, removing the skin and cutting the onion into pieces, place it in the Thermomix bowl and program.
2. 5 seconds / Speed ​​5.
3. Then, add the oil and fry, program.
4. 6 minutes / Temperature 100°/ Speed ​​1.
5. Once the onion sauce is ready, remove from the Thermomix bowl and reserve.
6. On the other hand, without washing the glass of the thermomix to take advantage of all the flavors, pour the measure of warm water, the yeast, and the honey (or sugar in its absence), program.
7. 2 minutes / Temperature 37°/ Speed ​​1.
8. Later, add the flour, program.

14. When the dough has doubled its volume, knead a little and cut into portions if you want to make small loaves, otherwise stretch the dough a little by flattening it with your fingers and that’s it, you’ll get a rustic shape for the loaf.
15. Place the already formed dough on a baking tray, spray or bathe with a little olive oil, a little coarse salt and some spices, such as oregano or rosemary, are very good.
16. Cover again with the kitchen towel and let rest again, this time for 1 hour.
17. After the hour of rest and seeing that the dough has doubled its volume once again, bake the bread at 200°C for 40 minutes or until it is slightly golden and looks somewhat fluffy. If you want it to be golden brown on both sides, turn the bread over halfway through the time.
