Preparation
- We begin the preparation of this wonderful Granola with Thermomix, placing the oat flakes or flakes in a bowl together with the pumpkin and sesame seeds or seeds, reserve for a few minutes.
- Place the walnuts to be chopped in the Thermomix bowl, program.
- 2 seconds / Speed 5.
- Incorporate the chopped walnuts in the bowl of oats and seeds, reserve.
- Back in the Thermomix bowl pour the measures of water, honey, oil, salt and cinnamon, program.
- 5 minutes / Temperature 80 ° / Speed 2.
- While this mixture is heating, preheat the oven to 140 ° C. And also, line or place on the baking tray non-stick paper or parchment paper.
