- 500 grams of scallops
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (Sriracha type)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ground black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Salt to taste
Preparation of Scallops with honey and pepper with thermomix
- Remove the scallops from their shells with the help of a knife and clean them well, removing all non-edible parts of the scallop, ideally leaving only the white meat.
- Then, put a little salt and pepper on them and set aside for a few minutes.
- In the glass of the thermomix, crush the garlic cloves, program.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce is slightly reduced in thickness and darkens slightly.
- When the preparation is ready, turn off the heat, sprinkle finely chopped parsley and let stand for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
