Ingredients
- 375 grams of bread flour
- 1 teaspoon dry baker’s yeast
- 32 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- Half a glass of whole milk
- One third of a cup of blueberries
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- One third of a cup of walnuts
- 1 natural yogurt
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Pour the milk, yogurt, and butter into the robot’s glass. Program a
- speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the nuts, and put the Thermomix to work at
- speed 4/20 seconds.
- Then reprogram to
- tenon speed / 10 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for about an hour.
