Ingredients for Wholemeal spelled biscuits with chocolate chips with thermomix
- 330 grams whole spelled flour
- 10 grams chemical yeast
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 170 grams brown sugar
- lemon zest
- 15 ml anise (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 250ml oil
- 140ml milk
- 100 grams dark chocolate chips
Preparation of whole spelled biscuits with chocolate chips with thermomix
- We sift the dry ones (flour, yeast, bicarbonate, spices and salt). We put in the glass
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- we set aside a bowl
- Place the butterfly on the blades, add the eggs and sugar, 8 minutes / speed 3″5. Now the milk, oil and liquor,
- 1 minute / speed 3’5
- We remove the butterfly and add the reserved dry and zest,
- 5 seconds / speed 4
- add the chocolate chips, integrate
- We grease the molds.
- Fill the 3/4 parts. We tap lightly against the table to remove possible air bubbles.
- Oven previously preheated to 200°, heat up and down
- We bake about 15 minutes
- After checking the toothpick, it comes out clean.
- Turn off, let cool and unmold. Let cool on rack
