today we bring some toast stuffed with vegetables and cheese that are perfect for dinner, in fact I usually make them very often the cheese can be any although I love to do it with mozzarella or cheddar cheese

and the vegetables, apart from the onion and the red and green peppers, I usually use any other half-measured vegetables that I have at home and that is how I give them an outlet

2 slices of melting cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red onion
3 slices of York ham
2 eggs
two slices of thick sliced bread

now we take the two thick loaves of bread and with a knife we remove the square of the crumb, that is, we leave it as if it were a frame with the edges
Put a little butter in a pan and heat
we place the two loaves of bread without the central crumb and we put them in the pan and inside we put our our vegetables with the egg so that they are made on one side
We place a slice of melting cheese on each of them and cover with the piece of bread that we have cut from the center so that a whole loaf of bread reappears.
When the tortilla is done on the bottom, we turn it over.
