Ingredients

4 avocados
110 grams of chopped turkey cold cuts
110 grams of Emmental cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
16 grams of lemon juice
60 grams of red onion
55 grams of mayonnaise

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the pepper and cheese to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 8/3 seconds.
Reservation.
Pour the onion into the glass and program
speed 5/5 seconds.
Then, add the lemon juice, the pulp of an avocado, the salt, the mayonnaise and a little pepper. Put the robot to work
