potatoes gratin with vegetables with thermomix

Preparation

1. Very simple recipe and few steps are done
2. The first thing we will do is preheat the oven to 200 ºC
3. We place the carrot divided into two or 3 pieces in our Thermomix bowl, see we are going to cut it into much smaller pieces for this we program
4. 5 seconds / speed 5
5. After this step we add the leek, the pepper and a little salt and we program again
6. 10 minutes / 120 ºC / speed 1
7. we remove everything and reserve
8. We wash the glass well and put the water and the potatoes and a little salt and we go back to programming
9. * 15 minutes / 100 ºC / reverse turn / spoon speed *
10. At this point we add the vegetables that we had reserved, add a little nutmeg, and the vegetable cream and program
11. 5 seconds / speed 3
12. We take all the content and put it in a source, cover it with mayonnaise on top and put it in the oven that we had preheated
13. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees when our surface is golden brown it will be ready and we can serve immediately
