Ingredients
- 450 grams of potatoes in pieces
- 400 grams of leek thinly sliced
- 150 grams of carrot in pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 140 grams of water
- 30 grams of olive oil

- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
- 150 grams of vegetable cream
- 50 grams of vegan mayonnaise
Preparation
- Very simple recipe and few steps are done
- The first thing we will do is preheat the oven to 200 ºC
- We place the carrot divided into two or 3 pieces in our Thermomix bowl, see we are going to cut it into much smaller pieces for this we program

- After this step we add the leek, the pepper and a little salt and we program again
- 10 minutes / 120 ºC / speed 1
- we remove everything and reserve
- We wash the glass well and put the water and the potatoes and a little salt and we go back to programming

- At this point we add the vegetables that we had reserved, add a little nutmeg, and the vegetable cream and program
