- 1 liter of water
- 1 bouillon cube (preferably chicken)
- 2 carrots
- 2 leeks
- a piece of pumpkin
- 1 potato
- 1 zucchini
- a stick of celery
- Half an onion
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- pepper and nutmeg to taste
- 2 or 3 small cheeses in portions
- Toasted bread (cut into cubes or croutons)

- Wash and cut the vegetables into medium pieces.
