Steamed salmon with mushroom sauce with thermomix
Ingredients
- 4 clean fresh salmon loins (skinless and boneless)
- 250 grams of mushrooms in sheets
- 1 lemon (grated and squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 100 grams of shallots
- 50 grams of white wine
- 50 grams of cream for cooking
- 175 gr of cheese or cream cheese
- 500 grams of water
- A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
- Season the salmon loins with salt and pepper to taste and with the lemon juice
- (reserve)
- We put in our thermomix glass half a liter of water, spread the butter on the
- varoma tray and put the 4 loins of salmon inside and put the varoma in its place
- and cook for 20 minutes / Varoma / speed 1
- We remove the varoma and reserve the salmon in a source
- We throw the water that was in our robot and put the shallot into pieces and
- chop 5 seconds / speed 5
- With a spatula we lower the remains of the walls of our thermomix, we put 10
- grams of butter and fry for 2 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
- Add the cheeses, wine, cream and 150 gr of the 250 gr of mushrooms that we have
- and cook for 5 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
- After these 5 minutes we put the mushrooms that are missing a tablespoon of the
- grated lemon, a little nutmeg, a little pepper and we program 5 minutes / 90ºC /
- left turn / speed 1
- We pour the sauce on top of the salmon loins and serve
