Ingredients
- In order to prepare this dish, the first thing you need to do is buy these
- products, which will allow you to obtain about four servings:
- 400 - 500 grams of cooked chickpeas.
- 2 garlics.
- 700 grams of water.
- 250 grams of spinach.
- 1 onion.
- 250 grams of desalted cod.
- 100 grams of olive oil.
- 1 small tablespoon of paprika
- 1 bay leaf.
Instructions
- Once you have gathered all these products, follow the instructions below:
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into pieces.
- Pour the onion, garlic and oil into the robot glass. Program that at spoon speed
- and Varoma temperature for about 8 minutes.
- Then add the paprika along with about 10 grams of water and about 80 grams of
- chickpeas.
- You will need to program the Thermomix at speed 6 for about 15 seconds.
- Next, pour the rest of the water as well as the bay leaf, the paprika and the
- spinach. The robot will have to be programmed at spoon speed, left turn and
- temperature 100º for approximately 5 minutes.
- The next step is to add the cod, the remaining chickpeas and a little salt to
- the glass. This will be programmed at spoon speed, left turn and temperature
- 100º for about 8 minutes.
