100 grams of water.
4 cod loins.
30 - 40 grams of white wine.
1 bay leaf.
A few strands of saffron.
Salt and ground pepper to taste.

Instructions

Once you have bought all those ingredients, start preparing the recipe following these instructions:
Peel the garlic and onion and then chop them. Add the oil, almonds, garlic and onion to the robot glass. First,
program at speed 5 for 3 seconds to slice everything.
Then, to fry them, program again at spoon speed and Varoma for about 10 minutes.
Next, add both pepper and bay leaf, saffron, salt, wine and water to the glass.
On the other hand, place the cod loins on the Varoma tray and place it properly.
In this way, you can now program the Thermomix at speed 1 and Varoma for 18 minutes.
The next step will be to remove the Varoma and the bay leaf from the glass. In this you will add the fried bread
