Sirloin Wellington with Thermomix

Preparation

1. When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
2. The first thing will be to prepare the caramelized onion. To do this, pour the onion into the robot’s glass and program

4. Then add the butter and oil. program to

6. Add the caramel, pepper and salt. program to
7. speed 1 / 100º / 3 minutes.
8. To prepare the sirloin, put a little oil in a pan and when it is hot add the sirloin to seal it. Add the salt and pepper.
9. On the baking tray, place a baking paper and spread the puff pastry on top of it. Next, add a layer of caramelized onion and on top of that the sirloin.
10. Cover the tenderloin with the rest of the onion.
11. Close the puff pastry over the tenderloin and seal it with a beaten egg, which you will also use to brush the entire tenderloin.
12. Put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there at 200º for about 20 minutes.
