- 1000 grams of rabbit
- 8 cloves of garlic

- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 2 dried cayenne peppercorns
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 20 grams of coarse salt

- Start with the meat marinade. To do this, place the rabbit chopped into small 5 cm pieces in a large bowl. Add the bay leaves, cover and reserve.
