Preparation

  1. The first thing we will wash the leaves of the lemon tree well and dry very well without breaking them and reserve
  2. we are going to make first the icing sugar that we will use at the end of the recipe to sprinkle on top, for this we put 3 tablespoons of sugar and program

  4. put in a bowl, mix with cinnamon powder and reserve
  5. we put back in our Thermomix bowl, a tablespoon of sugar and the skin of the lemon without the white part so that it does not bitter and crush
  6. 45 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
  7. Add the egg and program

  9. then add the milk and yeast and program

  11. then we put speed 3 without time and we are making the flour until we have a homogeneous mass, then we let it rest in a bowl for about 15 minutes
  12. after that time we bathe the leaves in the dough until they are well impregnated and fry them in a pan with very hot olive oil
  13. then we take them out and coat them in the icing sugar with cinnamon that we had reserved
