Ingredients

500 grams of flour
500 grams of quince paste
The yolk of an egg
Oil for frying
52 grams of butter and another 50 grams to spread what is the dough
26 grams of sugar
250 grams of milk
A little bit of salt
Powdered sugar

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the sugar, butter and milk into the glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 3 minutes.
Then add the salt, the egg yolk and the flour. Program a
spike speed / 3 minutes.
The contents of the glass reserve it in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
After that time, stretch the dough with one knee and spread it with butter. Fold the dough several times and then stretch it again and cut it into squares.
