  4. The Parmesan cheese should then be chopped in the Thermomix for about 10 - 15 seconds at speed 8.
  5. When it is ready, put it aside and then fry the aubergines, properly peeled and sliced.
  6. When ready, place them on a greased baking tray.
  7. In particular, they will be placed on several floors and over them the tomato sauce, chopped basil and the two cheeses will be poured. And so on until the ingredients are exhausted.
  8. Then cover the entire contents with the bread that was shredded at the beginning and pour a little oil over it.
