12 sheets of filo dough
155 grams of chopped brie cheese
405 grams of milk
83 grams of butter, chopped
105 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground pepper to taste
A pinch of nutmeg
33 grams of olive oil
43 grams of flour
1 garlic

Preparation of Brie cheese puff pastry with Thermomix

When you have these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add both the garlic and the oil to the robot glass. program to
speed 7 / 3 seconds.
