3 sheets of neutral gelatin
500 g of cream
250 g of milk
150 g of sugar
2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
50 g of cognac

Preparation Pannacotta with thermomix

Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and cognac in the glass.
Schedule 6 minutes, 80º, speed 3.

Add the drained gelatin and program
10 seconds, speed 3.

Put in the jars or glasses where we will serve and put them 5 hours in the frogorico before consuming
we can put over a light layer of jam to taste
