Mascarpone and chocolate cups with Thermomix

Instructions

1. When you've gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps we've outlined:
2. Put the butterfly on the robot's blades. Add the egg, yolks and sugar to the glass. Program at 4/4 minute speed. Remove the butterfly and reprogram to speed 2 / 1 minute.
3. In the previous step, add the mascarpone during this minute.
4. Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and store it in the refrigerator.
5. Pour the chocolate into the glass and program at speed 8 / 10 seconds.
6. Then add the milk and program at speed 4 / 50 º / 3 minutes.
7. Take the reserved portion out of the refrigerator and add half of that bowl to half the contents of the glass.
8. Stir everything well with a spatula. Take the little glasses and pour a base of the mixture you have prepared into each one, one of the mascarpone you had in the fridge and, on top of this, another of the content of the glass.
9. When you have done all this with the glasses, put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving them.
