If I’m a fan of cheesecake, there are a thousand and one recipes, a better one is a little less but they’re all great, and wherever I go if there’s a recipe for cheesecake I ask for it.
I met this recipe on a trip I made to the south of France, it seemed delicious and it is made with fresh cheese
Fresh cheese cake with thermomix

Ingredients
- 200 grams of digestive biscuits
- 450 grams of fresh cheese
- 100 grams of cream
- 60 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 grams of powdered sugar
Instructions
- Put the butter in our thermomix glass and heat it for 3 minutes / 80ºC / speed 1
- We add quickly, being hot the butter the cookies in pieces and we program 20 seconds / speed 4
- Pour the crushed biscuits into the mould we are going to use and be careful not to burn the butter, compress it with your hand.
- Add to our thermomix glass the fresh cheese, cream, eggs, powdered sugar and mix 10 seconds / speed 5
- Pour the mixture into the pan on top of the biscuits.
- Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes at 180°C and then let cool before serving Our thermomix cheesecake will be ready.
